quite-slight, arbet, London, 18 - 25 February 2012
Rushgrove House, Woolwich, London, 16 - 17 November 2013
Installation comprising reclaimed speakers cones, light sensitive circuits and optional bedside lamp. Originally developed for group, sound art show quite-slight, the hand-built circuits include a filter, which mutes the installation during daylight. During sunset and for the last hour of quite-slight, layers of metronomic ticks and pops emerge, and slow in pace as day turns to night. Later installed for Rushgrove House, curated by Byzantia Harlow and Paula Lopez Zambrano, sounding as the beginning of the evening performance programme.
